The modular housing market is exploding.
BoxHouse is invisible to buyers searching for it.

The U.S. faces a deficit of over 4 million homes. Modular and prefabricated housing search volume has increased 300%+ in five years. Municipalities, investors, and homeowners are actively searching for ADU manufacturers, foldable homes, workforce housing, and disaster relief solutions — right now, today.

BoxHouse has a category-defining product, a strong dealer model, and 4,000+ homes deployed. But the current website reads more like a brochure than a search engine magnet. There are no location pages, no use-case landing pages, no long-tail content strategy, and almost no structured data. Every day that passes is organic traffic going to competitors who have inferior products but superior SEO.

What buyers actually search
"modular homes near me" — 33,100/mo
"ADU builders" — 8,100/mo
"prefab homes under $100k" — 14,800/mo
"tiny homes for sale" — 40,500/mo
"backyard guest house prefab" — 3,600/mo
"workforce housing solutions" — 2,900/mo
"disaster relief housing units" — 1,900/mo
"foldable container homes" — 4,400/mo
What BoxHouse currently ranks for
Branded terms only. Almost zero non-branded organic visibility for the search terms that actually drive purchase intent.

The core problem isn't awareness — it's architecture.

BoxHouse has impressive press, affiliate brands, and a dealer network. But the website has ~25 indexable pages with no keyword targeting, no location pages, and no structured content for the dozens of use cases buyers search for. This proposal creates 108 pages of intentional, keyword-targeted content organized in a hierarchy that Google can crawl, understand, and rank.

Where BoxHouse is leaking revenue
right now.

Before we build 108 pages, you need to see what we found under the hood. These aren't cosmetic issues — they're structural problems that are actively costing BoxHouse leads, authority, and revenue every single day the site stays as-is.

ISSUE 01
BoxHouse doesn't know who it's talking to.
The homepage says "Live Simply" and "Housing Reimagined" — lifestyle branding aimed at a minimalist homeowner who wants a backyard ADU. But the About page talks about 4,000+ homes deployed, 2,000+ units in rapid deployment inventory, 80+ employees, and government/disaster response contracts. Those are two completely different businesses selling to two completely different buyers at two completely different price points with two completely different sales cycles.
A homeowner wanting a backyard guest house and a FEMA procurement officer looking for 500 emergency shelter units should never land on the same page and see the same messaging. Right now they do.
ISSUE 02
Every CTA leads to the same dead end.
Every single call-to-action on the site — "I'm Interested!" — goes to the same generic contact form. Homeowner, investor, dealer prospect, government buyer, disaster relief agency — everyone hits the same page, fills out the same form, and presumably lands in the same inbox. There's no segmentation, no routing, no tailored follow-up. That means either the sales team is manually triaging every lead (waste), or high-value B2B leads are sitting next to tire-kickers with no prioritization (misalignment).
ISSUE 03
No pricing anywhere on the site.
This is a product company selling a physical product with models and specs — and there's zero pricing information on the website. "Modular home cost" and "prefab home price" are some of the highest-volume searches in the entire category. Every person who lands on a model page, doesn't find a price, and bounces is a lost lead. Even a "starting at" range or a "request a quote" with context would reduce friction dramatically.
"How much does a modular home cost" gets 14,800+ monthly searches. BoxHouse has zero pages that answer this question. Competitors do.
ISSUE 04
The dealer model is invisible to buyers.
There's a "Become a Dealer" page with a form, but from the buyer's side there's no dealer locator, no map, no "find a dealer near you" — nothing. If a homeowner in Texas wants a SkyLoft, what do they do? Fill out "I'm Interested" and... wait? The entire dealer channel is a black box to the end customer. This creates friction for buyers and undermines the very dealer network BoxHouse is trying to build.
ISSUE 05
Three separate websites are bleeding domain authority.
BoxHouse has at least three separate domains: boxhouse.com, boxhousevillages.com, and readypod.com. Each one siphons domain authority, creates duplicate content risk, and confuses the customer journey. ReadyPod is the rapid deployment arm. BoxHouse Villages is the community development arm. But from a search engine's perspective, three weak domains will always lose to one strong one.
All of that content should live under boxhouse.com as subdirectories — /solutions/rapid-deployment and /solutions/villages — not as separate brands competing with each other for the same search queries.
ISSUE 06
"Live Simply" positioning caps the revenue ceiling.
The lifestyle/tiny-home market is real but it's the smallest revenue opportunity BoxHouse has. Workforce housing for oil and gas (Permian Basin), disaster relief contracts, government procurement, and dealer network expansion are where the real scale is. But the entire brand wrapper — the tagline, the hero imagery, the tone — screams boutique consumer product. A corporate housing manager or state emergency management director doesn't connect with "Live Simply." It actually undermines credibility for B2B buyers who need to see scale, reliability, and institutional capability.
ISSUE 07
4,000 homes deployed. Zero proof.
BoxHouse claims 4,000+ homes deployed, but there are zero case studies, zero project pages, zero customer testimonials on the main site, and zero deployment photos with context. The photo gallery exists but it's all staged lifestyle shots. Where are the 50-unit workforce villages? The disaster deployments? The dealer success stories? For a company at this scale, the absence of proof is more damaging than no claim at all — it makes the numbers feel unverifiable.

The real strategic question for BoxHouse:

Are you a consumer product company selling $50–100K ADUs to homeowners one at a time? Or a B2B housing infrastructure company selling hundreds of units to dealers, employers, and governments? Because the website, the messaging, the conversion architecture, and the content strategy should look radically different depending on the answer. Right now BoxHouse is trying to be both — and executing neither well. This proposal builds the architecture to serve both audiences without either one diluting the other.

Product Hub Pages

These are the top-level category pages that organize BoxHouse's product lines and solution areas. Each hub links down to individual model pages and detail pages, creating the topical clusters that Google rewards with higher rankings.

PageURLTarget Keywords
All Models — Overview/modelsBoxHouse models, modular home models, prefab home floor plans, foldable home options
Residential Solutions/solutions/residentialresidential modular homes, ADU housing solutions, backyard homes

Government & Disaster Response/solutions/governmentgovernment modular housing, FEMA housing alternative, disaster relief homes, rapid deployment housing
Become a Dealer/dealerBoxHouse dealer program, sell modular homes, ADU dealership opportunity, become a prefab home dealer

Why hubs matter.

Google's algorithm rewards topical authority — websites that comprehensively cover a subject outrank those that touch on it lightly. These hub pages serve as the "parent" for dozens of child pages below, creating content clusters that signal to Google: "BoxHouse is the authority on modular housing." Each hub ranks for broad terms while distributing link equity to the more specific pages beneath it.

Tier 3

Model Detail & Feature Pages

Every BoxHouse model gets a dedicated ecosystem of pages — not just one overview, but deep-dive content on floor plans, specs, interiors, exteriors, pricing, and specific use-case applications. This is where buyers make decisions, and where Google surfaces results for high-intent, long-tail searches.

Use Case & Audience Pages

This is where the real organic growth happens. People don't search "BoxHouse" — they search the problem they're trying to solve. Each of these pages targets a specific buyer persona and the exact language they use when searching. This tier alone could double organic traffic.

Why use-case pages are the highest-ROI content you'll ever build.

A homeowner searching "prefab guest house for parents" has purchase intent right now. They aren't browsing — they're ready to buy. But if your site only has a generic "Models" page, you'll never rank for that query. Each of these 14 pages targets a distinct searcher with a distinct problem, and each one creates a new entry point to your sales funnel. One page, one persona, one conversion path.

Tier 5

Location Pages

BoxHouse ships nationally and sells through dealers. Location pages capture "[product] + [city/state]" searches that represent the highest purchase intent in all of SEO. These pages target the states and markets where BoxHouse has active dealer presence, deployment history, or expansion targets.
